| 目的:对血液透析患者相关的叙事护理干预研究进行范围综述。方法:依据范围综述方法学,系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、EBSCO、Web of Science中相关文献,检索时限为建库至2024年11月。由2名研究者依据纳排标准对文献进行独立筛选和提取相关资料。结果:共纳入22篇文献,文献梳理后发现血液透析患者叙事护理的形式主要为“说故事”和“写故事”,实施者多经叙事护理培训,运用叙事护理5大核心技术进行干预,结果表明叙事护理对血液透析患者的心理、生理、认知等方面指标均有显著改善。结论:叙事护理对血液透析患者有积极的影响,未来应探索更加丰富多元的叙事形式,为其提供更加专业和高质量的叙事护理干预。 |

| Objective: This study will conduct a scoping review of narrative nursing intervention studies on hemodialysis patients. Methods: Following the methodology of the scoping review, a systematic search was conducted for relevant literature in the following databases: CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, EBSCO, and Web of Science. Two researchers, working independently, screened the literature and extracted relevant information based on pre-established criteria. The search time frame is from the establishment of the database to November 2024. Results: Twenty-two articles were included in the study. A scoping review revealed that narrative nursing for hemodialysis patients was primarily conducted through storytelling and writing. The practitioners were predominantly trained in narrative care and employed the five core techniques of narrative nursing in their interventions. The results demonstrated that narrative nursing significantly enhanced hemodialysis patients’ psychological, physiological, cognitive, and other aspects of the patients’ lives. Conclusion: Narrative nursing exerts a beneficial influence on hemodialysis patients. More prosperous and diverse narrative forms should be explored in the future to provide more specialized and high-quality narrative care interventions. |
