| 目的 对家庭远程康复在髋部骨折患者中的应用研究进行范围综述,为临床开展提供参考依据。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL和Cochrane Library中的相关研究,检索时间为建库至2024年6月30日。对纳入文献进行归纳和总结。结果 共纳入14篇文献。主要应用形式为网站平台、网络通信软件和应用程序。主要内容是远程数据收集、远程评估、远程培训和远程康复指导。结局类型主要为生理指标、认知心理指标、照顾者指标、跌倒指标和自护能力。结论 家庭远程康复提供信息化、个性化指导,在髋部骨折患者中具有较好的应用前景,其有效性已得到证实,但还处于发展探索阶段,未来仍需进一步探讨其适用性、安全性和有效性,以改善患者临床结局。 |

| Objective The application of Home-based telerehabilitation in patients with hip fracture was reviewed to provide reference for clinical development. Methods The literature was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, VIP Database, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CINAHL and Cochrane Library from the establishment of the database to June 30,2024. The included literature was summarized and summarized. Results A total of 14 articles were included. The main application forms are website platform, network communication software and application program. The main contents are remote data collection, remote assessment, remote training and remote rehabilitation guidance. The outcome types were mainly physiological indicators, cognitive psychological indicators, caregiver indicators, fall indicators and self-care ability. Conclusion Home-based telerehabilitation provides information and personalized guidance, which has a good application prospect in patients with hip fracture. Its effectiveness has been confirmed, but it is still in the stage of development and exploration. In the future, its applicability, safety and effectiveness still need to be further explored to improve the clinical outcome of patients. |
