| 目的:探究循证医学理念联合多元化教学方法在外科护理带教中的应用。方法:选择2023年1月~2024年1月本院普外科实习的80名护生为研究对象,根据带教方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各40名。对照组予以标准教学、案例教学法联合以问题为中心教学法(PBL),试验组在对照组的基础上予以循证医学理念联合多元化教学方法。对比两组理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、专业能力、素质能力、带教满意度。结果:与教学前相比,教学后理论考试成绩较高(P＜0.05)；教学后与对照组相比,观察组护生的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、专业能力评分、素质能力评分、护生对带教满意度较高(P＜0.05)。结论:将循证医学理念与多样化的教学手段相结合,应用于普通外科护理的教学中,不仅能增强实习生在理论与实践护理技能方面的掌握,还能提高学生的综合素质和专业技能,从而提升临床教学的满意度,这种教学模式值得广泛推广。 |

| Objective: To explore the application of evidence-based medicine concepts combined with diversified teaching methods in surgical nursing teaching. Method: Select 80 students who will be interning in the Department of General Surgery at our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects, and divide them into a control group and an observation group based on different teaching methods, with 40 students in each group. The control group was given standard teaching, case teaching method combined with problem-based learning (PBL), while the experimental group was given evidence-based medicine combined with diversified teaching methods on the basis of the control group. Compare the theoretical exam scores, operational exam scores, professional abilities, quality abilities, and teaching satisfaction between two groups.Result: Compared with before teaching, the theoretical exam scores were higher after teaching (P<0.05); Compared with the control group after teaching, the observation group had higher scores in theoretical exams, operational exams, professional ability scores, quality ability scores, and student satisfaction with teaching (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of evidence-based medicine concepts and diverse teaching methods in the teaching of general surgical nursing can not only enhance interns" mastery of theoretical and practical nursing skills, but also improve students" comprehensive quality and professional skills, thereby enhancing the satisfaction of clinical teaching. This teaching model is worthy of wide promotion. |
