| 目的 对失能老人照顾者照护能力相关研究进行范围审查,明确当前研究现状,为后续相关研究和实践提供参考。方法 按照范围综述框架,系统检索知网、万方、维普、CBM,PubMed、Web of Science、Embase等数据库,检索时限自建库至2024年5月30日,纳入有关失能老人照顾者照护能力干预的研究。对纳入文献进行筛选、数据提取和分析。结果 共纳入26项研究,干预内容涉及知识、技能培训、心理支持、社会支持、资源利用和技术支持。干预频率多为每周1次,干预时长多为3～6个月；结局指标主要为照顾能力、照顾负担、生活质量等。结论 现有研究表明,多种干预方案对提升失能老人照顾者的照顾能力具有一定效果,但仍存在干预内容不够系统、长期效果评估不足等问题。未来研究需进一步优化干预方案,加强长期随访,提高照顾者的照顾能力和生活质量。 |

| Objective To review the scope of research on the care ability of disabled elderly caregivers, clarify the current research status, and provide reference for subsequent related research and practice. Methods According to the scope review framework, we systematically searched CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase and other databases. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to May 30,2024.Studies on the intervention of care ability of caregivers for disabled elderly were included. The included literature was screened, data extracted and analyzed. Results A total of 26 studies were included. The intervention content involved knowledge, skill training, psychological support, social support, resourceutilization and technical support. The frequency of intervention was mostly once a week, and the duration of intervention was mostly 3-6 months. The outcome indicators were mainly care ability, care burden, quality of life and so on. Conclusion The existing research shows that a variety of intervention programs have a certain effect on improving the care ability of caregivers of disabled elderly, but there are still problems such as insufficient systematic intervention content and insufficient long-term effect evaluation. Future research needs to further optimize the intervention program, strengthen long-term follow-up, and improve the care ability and quality of life of caregivers. |
