| 目的 构建腹膜透析患者健康教育效果评价指标体系，为临床护理人员准确监测和提升腹膜透析患者健康教育效果，开展针对性的健康教育和个性化指导提供参考。方法 2024年7月至2024年11月，以知信行理论作为指导框架，在文献研究的基础上拟定腹膜透析患者健康教育效果评价指标体系，并采用德尔菲法对来自腹膜透析及护理管理领域16名专家进行了2轮函询，根据专家意见修改并确定最终质量评价指标体系。结果 2轮函询专家的积极程度均为100%；专家权威系数分别为0.896、0.918；肯德尔和谐系数为0.173～0.369（均P＜0.01）。第2轮专家函询各指标重要性均数为4.18～5.00分，变异系数为0.00～0.18。最终构建的评价指标体系共涵盖5项一级指标、25项二级指标及58项三级指标。结论 本研究构建的腹膜透析患者健康教育效果评价指标体系内容可靠、实用科学，可为腹膜透析患者健康教育效果的评价提供客观的量化依据。 |

| Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of health education for peritoneal dialysis patients, providing theoretical basis for clinical nursing staff to accurately monitor and improve the effectiveness of health education for peritoneal dialysis patients, and to carry out targeted health education and personalized guidance. Method Using the theory of knowledge, belief, and action as a guiding framework, the evaluation index system for the effectiveness of health education for peritoneal dialysis patients was determined through literature search and Delphi method. Result The enthusiasm level of experts in both rounds of inquiry was 100%; The expert authority coefficients are 0.896 and 0.918, respectively; The Kendall harmony coefficient is 0.173-0.369, P<0.01. The mean importance of each indicator in the second round of expert inquiry is 4.18-5.00 points, and the coefficient of variation remains within the range of 0.00-0.18. The final evaluation index system constructed covers 5 primary indicators, 26 secondary indicators, and 89 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system for the health education effect of peritoneal dialysis patients constructed in this study is reliable, practical and scientific, and can provide objective quantitative basis for the evaluation of the health education effect of peritoneal dialysis patients. |
