| 摘要：目的 开发与评价肺癌免疫治疗患者皮肤毒性反应自我管理微信公众号。方法 首先通过两次质性访谈分别进行需求分析及现有工具的功能优势总结，其次基于前期结果通过头脑风暴法和焦点小组法确定公众号的整体开发方案并优化平台，最后使用便利抽样法及质性访谈对其进行可用性评价。结果 构建了肺癌免疫治疗患者皮肤毒性反应自我管理微信公众号，可用性评价结果显示其可用性良好。结论 该微信公众号具有较好的临床可用性，患者使用感良好，可进一步进行临床应用。 |

| Objective To develop and evaluate a WeChat public account for self-management of skin toxicity in patients receiving immunotherapy for lung cancer. Methods The self-management needs of patients with skin toxicity from immunotherapy for lung cancer and the use of relevant electronic products during anti-tumor treatment by tumor patients were evaluated through qualitative interviews. The overall function design and content design of the WeChat public account were determined, and the account was modified and evaluated for usability after initial application. Results A WeChat public account for self-management of skin toxicity in patients receiving immunotherapy for lung cancer was developed, covering assessment of skin toxicity, medical guidelines, self-monitoring management, and health consultation. The usability evaluation results showed good usability. Conclusion The WeChat public account for self-management of skin toxicity in patients receiving immunotherapy for lung cancer has good clinical usability, with good user experience. It can be further applied in clinical practice to provide better information-based self-management for patients with skin toxicity from immunotherapy for lung cancer. |
