| 目的:研究加压低温疗法在减少妇科癌症患者化疗诱导周围神经病变(CIPN)方面的有效性。方法:采用计算机随机分组法,将天津市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院接受紫杉醇类和铂类药物化疗的妇科癌症患者随机分为对照组(n=40)及观察组(n=39),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,于每化疗周期内佩戴加压低温治疗手套及脚套,每两个化疗周期及全化疗周期结束后1个月进行随访,采用一般资料调查表、美国国家癌症研究所常见不良反应术语评定标准(NCI-CTC)及生命质量量表-化疗所致外周神经病变(EORTC QLQ-CIPN20)对患者进行评估。结果:两组患者在不同时间节点的CIPN发生率和相关症状及功能障碍严重程度比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:将加压低温疗法应用于妇科癌症患者化疗药物的输入过程中,可以降低其CIPN的发生率,减轻CIPN症状及功能障碍严重程度,有助于提高患者生活质量。 |

| Objective To investigate the effectiveness of pressure and hypothermia therapy in reducing chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) in gynecological cancer patients. Methods A computer-generated random grouping method was used to randomly divide gynecological cancer patients receiving paclitaxel and platinum-based chemotherapy at a tertiary Grade A cancer specialist hospital in Tianjin into a control group (n=40) and an observation group (n=39). The control group received routine care, while the observation group wore pressure and low-temperature treatment gloves and foot covers during each chemotherapy cycle, in addition to the routine care. Follow-up assessments were conducted every two chemotherapy cycles and one month after the completion of the entire chemotherapy regimen. Patients were evaluated using a general information questionnaire, the National Cancer Institute Common Adverse Reaction Terminology Evaluation Criteria (NCI-CTC), and the Quality of Life Scale for Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (EORTC QLQ-CIPN20). Results There were statistically significant differences (P<0.05) in the incidence of CIPN and the severity of related symptoms and functional impairments between the two groups at different time points. Conclusion The application of pressure and hypothermia therapy during chemotherapy infusion for gynecological cancer patients can reduce the incidence of CIPN, alleviate the severity of CIPN symptoms and functional disorders, and help improve the quality of life of patients. |
