| 【】目的:探讨基于情绪ABC理论的支持性照护在降低肠造口患者社会疏离感中的应用效果。方法:选取贵州中医药大学第一附属医院2024年7月至2025年1月就诊于造口护理门诊的72名肠造口患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)和察组(n=36),对照组接受肠造口患者常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予基于情绪ABC理论的支持性照护干预。结果:干预后,观察组的社会性疏离得分(28.69±9.30)分,低于对照组(34.64±10.50)分(t=2.543,P＜0.05),观察组的情感性疏离得分(31.36±10.85)分,低于对照组(39.11±10.62)分(t=3.063,P＜0.05)。观察组的社会排斥得分(18.33±7.65)分,低于对照组(24.19±8.04)分(t=3.168,P＜0.05)。观察组的经济歧视得分(6.11±2.66)分,低于对照组(8.28±3.14)分(t=3.159,P＜0.05)。观察组的内在羞耻感得分(10.47±3.96)分,低于对照组(13.14±4.49)分(t=2.674,P＜0.05)。观察组的社会隔离得分(14.72±6.05)分,低于对照组(17.94±6.55)分(t=2.169,P＜0.05)。观察组的社会联系得分(25.08±10.52)分,低于对照组(33.06±11.38)分(t=3.086,P＜0.05)。观察组的情感联系得分(16.94±7.14)分,低于对照组(21.56±7.66)分(t=2.643,P＜0.05)。观察组的自我感知隔离得分(2.14±0.93)分,低于对照组(2.64±1.07)分(t=2.112,P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:基于情绪ABC理论的支持性照护能够有效改善肠造口患者心理状态,缓解焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪。降低患者社会疏离感水平、歧视知觉水平以及孤独感水平,以提高其自我造口接受度及疾病预后水平。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of supportive care based on emotional ABC theory in reducing social alienation in patients with enterostomy. Methods: A total of 72 patients with enterostomy treated in the ostomy nursing clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2024 to January 2025 were selected and divided into control group (n=36) and observation group (n=36) by random number table method. The control group received routine care for patients with enterostomy, and the observation group was supported by emotional ABC theory on the basis of the control group Sexual care intervention. Results: After the intervention, the social alienation score of the observation group was 28.69±9.30 points, lower than that of the control group (34.64±10.50) points (t=2.543,P < 0.05), and the emotional alienation score of the observation group was 31.36±10.85 points, lower than that of the control group (39.11±10.62) points (t=3.06) 3,P < 0.05). The social exclusion score of the observation group (18.33±7.65) was lower than that of the control group (24.19±8.04) (t=3.168,P < 0.05). The economic discrimination score of observation group (6.11±2.66) points was lower than that of control group (8.28±3.14) points (t=3.159,P < 0.05). The intrinsic shame score of the observation group (10.47±3.96) was lower than that of the control group (13.14±4.49) (t=2.674,P < 0.05). The social isolation score of the observation group (14.72±6.05) points was lower than that of the control group (17.94±6.55) points (t=2.169,P < 0.05). The social connection score of the observation group (25.08±10.52) points was lower than that of the control group (33.06±11.38) points (t=3.086,P < 0.05). The score of emotional connection in the observation group (16.94±7.14) was lower than that in the control group (21.56±7.66) (t=2.643,P < 0.05). The self-perceived isolation score of the observation group (2.14±0.93) was lower than that of the control group (2.64±1.07) (t=2.112,P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Supportive care based on emotional ABC theory can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with enterostomy and alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression. To reduce the level of social alienation, discrimination and loneliness of patients, in order to improve their self-ostomy acceptance and disease prognosis. |
