| 目的 检索、评价和整合肝豆状核变性成人患者饮食管理的最佳证据,为临床护理实践提供参考。方法 索UpToDate临床决策、BMJ最佳临床实践、JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、美国国立指南数据库、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所、苏格兰校际指南网、荷兰医学文摘数据库、加拿大安大略护理学会、国际指南图书馆、The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Medline、ProQuest、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国医脉通指南网和中国生物医学文献数据库。同时,补充检索美国肝病研究协会、欧洲肝脏研究协会、英国肝病信托基金、威尔逊疾病支持小组－英国,获取所有关于肝豆状核变性患者饮食管理的证据,检索时限为建库至2024年6月。4名研究者对文献进行质量评价、证据提取与总结。结果 共纳入9篇文献,包括7篇指南、2篇临床决策。总结出29条证据,包括多学科管理、监测评估、低铜饮食、饮食联合药物管理、特殊人群管理5个方面。结论 本研究系统总结了肝豆状核变性成人患者饮食管理的最佳证据,为临床护理人员提供了科学、系统的循证依据。 |

| Abstract：Objective To retrieve,evaluate,and synthesize the best evidence on dietary management for adult patients with Hepatolenticular Degeneration to provide a reference for clinical nursing practice.Method(s) A comprehensive search was conducted in UpToDate Clinical Decision Support,BMJ Best Practice,JBI Evidence-Based Healthcare Centre Database,National Guideline Clearinghouse,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN),Dutch Medical Abstracts Database,Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario,Guidelines International Network,The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Medline,ProQuest,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,Chinese Medical Association Guideline Network,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database.Additionally,supplementary searches were performed on the websites of professional societies such as the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases(AASLD),European Association for the Study of the Liver(EASL),British Liver Trust,Wilson Disease Support Group—UK,to gather all relevant evidence on dietary management for patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.The search period spanned from the inception of each database to June 2024.Four researchers independently assessed the quality of the literature,extracted evidence,and performed a summary.Result(s) A total of 9 documents were included,comprising 7 guidelines and 2 clinical decision-making documents.Twenty-eight pieces of evidence were summarized,covering five aspects:multidisciplinary management,monitoring and assessment,low-copper diet,diet combined with pharmacotherapy,and management of special populations.Conclusion This study systematically summarizes the best evidence on dietary management of Hepatolenticular Degeneration,providing scientific and systematic evidence-based guidance for clinical nursing practice. |
