| 目的 调查产褥期妇女寻求专业性心理帮助态度的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样的方法,选取2024年8月至10月入住或就诊于烟台市某三级甲等医院产科病房或产后门诊的430例产褥期妇女作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、寻求专业性心理帮助态度量表、家庭关怀度指数量表和寻求专业性心理帮助污名问卷进行相关调查。结果 产褥期妇女寻求专业性心理帮助态度得分为(99.78±26.01)分、寻求专业心理帮助的耻感得分（25.44±8.28）分，家庭护理得分（6.69±3.27）分；多元线性回归的分析结果表明:现居住地、文化程度、是否有工作、家庭人均月收入、是否为计划内妊娠、家庭关怀度指数及寻求专业性心理帮助污名是产褥期妇女寻求专业性心理帮助态度的影响因素(P＜0.05),可解释总变异的52.1%。结论 产褥期妇女寻求专业性心理帮助态度总体处于中等偏上的水平。医护人员应有预见性识别,给予居住地为农村、文化程度低、无工作、家庭人均月收入低及非计划内妊娠的产褥期妇女更多的关注,同时,提升产褥期妇女的家庭关怀度,降低寻求专业性心理帮助污名水平,提高产褥期妇女寻求专业性心理帮助态度,保障其身心健康。 |

| Objective To investigate the current situation of puerperal women"s attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help and to analyze their influencing factors. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 430 puerperal women who were admitted to or attended the obstetrics ward or postpartum outpatient clinic of a tertiary-level hospital in Yantai City from August to October 2024 as the survey respondents. The General Information Questionnaire, the Attitude Scale for Seeking Professional Psychological Help, the Family Care Index Scale, and the Stigma Questionnaire for Seeking Professional Psychological Help were used to conduct the survey. Results The score of puerperal women"s attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help was (99.78±26.01)、the stigma score of seeking professional psychological help (25.44±8.28) 、 the score of family care (6.69±3.27) ; the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that: current place of residence, education level, whether working, per capita monthly family income, whether planned pregnancy, family care index and stigma of seeking professional psychological help were the influencing factors of puerperal women"s attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help (P＜0.05), which could explain the total number of women"s attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help (P < 0.05), and could explain the total number of women"s attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help (P < 0.01). 0.05), explaining 52.1% of the total variance. Conclusion Puerperal women"s attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help were generally moderately high. Healthcare professionals should have the foresight to recognize and pay more attention to puerperal women who live in rural areas, have a low level of education, are unemployed, have a low per capita monthly income, and have unplanned pregnancies, and at the same time, increase the level of family care for puerperal women and reduce the level of stigmatization of seeking professional psychological help, so as to increase the attitudes of puerperal women toward seeking professional psychological help and to safeguard their physical and mental health. |
