| 目的 分析国内外安宁疗护志愿服务研究现状及趋势，综述研究前沿和热点，为我国安宁疗护志愿服务研究提供依据。方法 检索Web of Science和中国知网数据库建库至2024年12月31日收录的安宁疗护志愿服务相关文献，采用CiteSpace 6.3.1软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入集中在安宁疗护志愿服务领域的485篇英文文献和28篇中文文献。国内外整体发文量呈上升趋势，显示出多学科合作的态势，但国内研究机构和作者间的合作较为薄弱。国外研究热点集中在安宁疗护志愿服务的实践与效果评估，关注志愿者的情感支持作用以及对患者生活质量的提升。国内研究聚焦于安宁疗护志愿服务的组织模式与志愿者培训，重点分析志愿者的工作内容、动机及其对患者家庭的支持作用。结论 国内在安宁疗护志愿服务逐步发展过程中，应关注实践及其效果，同时要积极推动学科交叉与合作，加强国际学术交流，进一步推动安宁疗护志愿服务及其质量。 |

| Objective To analyze the current status and trends of research on hospice care volunteer services both domestically and internationally, review the research frontiers and hotspots, and provide a basis for future research on hospice care volunteer services in China. Methods Relevant literature on hospice care volunteer services published as of December 31, 2024, was retrieved from the Web of Science and CNKI databases. Cite Space 6.3.1 was used to conduct a visual analysis of the literature. Results A total of 485 English articles and 28 Chinese articles focused on hospice care volunteer services were included. The overall number of publications in both domestic and international research shows an upward trend, reflecting the growing interdisciplinary collaboration. However, cooperation among domestic research institutions and authors remains relatively weak. International research hotspots focus on the practice and effectiveness of hospice care volunteer services, with particular emphasis on the emotional support role of volunteers and their impact on improving patients' quality of life. Domestic research, on the other hand, focused on organizational models and volunteer training for hospice care services, with an emphasis on analyzing volunteers' roles, motivations, and their support for patients' families. Conclusion In the process of the gradual development of voluntary hospice care services in China, we should pay attention to the practice and its effect. At the same time, we should actively promote interdisciplinary cooperation, strengthen international academic exchanges, and further promote the quality of voluntary hospice care services. |
