| 总结1例血液透析患者移植物动静脉内瘘感染致骨髓抑制的护理经验。护理要点:成立个案护理小组,对患者进行充分评估；建立以恢复血三系指标为主线的护理方案；MDT模式下实施围手术期风险管理；提供个体化营养支持；剖析心理问题,疏导负性情绪；实施出院延续护理,强化患者AVG自我管理能力。患者15天后康复出院,目前规律透析中。 |

| To summarize the nursing experience of bone marrow suppression caused by graft arteriovenous fistula infection in a hemodialysis patient. Nursing points: Establish a case nursing team to conduct a thorough evaluation of patients; Establish a nursing plan with the main focus on restoring blood three system indicators; Implementing perioperative risk management in MDT mode; Provide personalized nutritional support; Analyze psychological issues and alleviate negative emotions; Implement discharge continuation nursing and strengthen patients" self-management ability in AVG. The patient recovered and was discharged after 15 days, and is currently undergoing regular dialysis. |
