| 目的 本研究旨在通过范围综述,评估高强度间歇训练(HIIT)在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用,以期为开发标准化干预措施提供科学依据。方法 检索9大数据库,进行文献筛选与信息提取。结果 共纳入18篇文献,内容包括：运动时机、内容及效果。结论 HIIT对乳腺癌化疗患者安全可行,能够减轻症状,改善身体功能及生活质量,但需高质量证据优化方案,加强适用性研究,推动临床应用。 |

| Objective To conduct a scoping review of high-intensity interval training(HIIT)in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and to provide evidence for the development of standardized intervention measures. Methods Nine databases were searched for literature screening and information extraction. Results A total of 18 articles were included, including the timing, content, and effect of exercise. Conclusions HIIT is safe and feasible for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, which can alleviate symptoms, improve physical function and quality of life. However, high-quality evidence is needed to optimize the program, strengthen applicability research, and promote clinical application. |
