| 目的 了解受访者对医院实施无陪护住院模式的阻碍及促进因素,为今后实施无陪护住院模式提供参考。方法 运用描述性质性研究方法,采用目的抽样,于2022年7月至8月在上海某三甲医院对受访者进行半结构化访谈。结果 共访谈医生、护士和患者26人。归纳8个阻碍因素和3个促进因素。结论 受访者认同无陪护住院模式存在益处,亦担心其在临床实施面临的诸多问题。因此,仍要社会、政府、医疗机构和病房提供针对性的支持,以帮助无陪护住院模式在医院实施。 |

| Objective To know the respondent" Barriers and facilitators to the implementation of an unaccompanied inpatient model will inform the further advancement of the unaccompanied inpatient model in the future. Methods Using descriptive qualitative research methodology with purposive sampling, semi-structured interviews were conducted in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from July to August 2022. Results There were physicians, nurses, and patients were selected, a total of 26 people was interviewed. 9 Barriers and 3 Facilitators. Conclusion Respondents agree that the unaccompanied inpatient model have benefits. However, its implementation in the clinical setting will face many problems. Therefore, targeted support from society, government, hospital and ward is still needed to help the unaccompanied inpatient model to be implemented in hospitals. |
