| 目的：探讨体表引流袋系统在慢性窦道创面换药中的优势,只为临床同类创面治疗提供参考。方法：选取2022年9月至2023年12月就诊于我院创面中心的62例慢性窦道创面为研究对象,分为试验组31例和对照组31例。在每次换药创面清洗阶段,试验组使用体表引流袋系统,对照组使用传统的20ml针筒连接吸痰管冲洗,并记录相应的分泌物重量、窦道深度、疼痛及心率,研究为期8周。结果：两组数据在基线相同的情况下,试验组分泌物重量、窦道深度及末次疼痛评分与对照组有显著差异,且差异具有统计学意义,(p<0.05)。两组疼痛评分、心率有一定差异,但差异无统计学意义,(p>0.05)。体表引流袋系统使用在窦道创面换药中能有效控制渗液,促进肉芽的生长。同时对减轻换药时的疼痛有一定作用,患者也无明显不适反应。 |

| Objective:Exploring the advantages of surface drainage bag system in dressing change of chronic sinus tract wounds.Only providing reference for the treatment of similar wounds in clinical practice.Method: 62 cases of chronic sinus tract wounds treated at our hospital’s wound centerfrom September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Divided into an experimental group of 31 cases and a control group of 31 cases. During the wound cleaning stage of each dressing change,the experimental group used a surface drainage bag system, while the reference group used a traditional 20ml syringe connected to a suction tube for flushing, and recorded the corresponding secretion weight, sinus depth, pain, and heart rate. The study lasted for 8 weeks.Result:Under the same baseline,The experimental group showed significant differences in secretion weight, sinus depth, and final pain score compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant,(p<0.05).There is a certain difference in pain scores and heart rate between the two groups,but the difference is not statistically significant,(p>0.05).Conclusion:The use of surface drainage bag system in sinus wound dressing can effectively control exudate and promote granulation growth.At the same time,it has a certain effect on reducing pain during dressing changes,and patients do not have significant discomfort reactions. |
