| 目的 调查农村老年慢性病患者存在无意义焦虑现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,2023年7—8月选取湖南省娄底市、永州市的6个农村348名老年人作为研究对象,采用自行编制一般资料,老年慢性病患者存在无意义焦虑量表、精神幸福感指数量表、简化版双向社会支持量表、主观社会隔离量表对其进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析农村老年慢性病患者的存在无意义焦虑的现状及影响因素。结果 本组农村老年慢性病患者存在无意义焦虑总分为39.00(22.25,59.00)分,精神幸福感总分33.04±10.16、双向社会支持总分38.00(34.00,41.00)、主观社会隔离总分16.36±2.81,多元线性回归显示,农村老年慢性病患者文化程度、精神幸福感、双向社会支持、主观社会隔离进入回归方程(P＜0.05),共解释总变异的24.9%。结论 本研究农村老年慢性病患者存在无意义焦虑处于中等偏下水平,与精神幸福感、双向社会支持呈负相关(r=﹣0.448、-0.295,均P＜0.01),与主观社会隔离呈正相关(r=0.251,P＜0.01)。应重点关注文化程度较低,精神幸福感和双向社会支持较低以及主观社会隔离较高的农村老年慢性病患者,影响因素较多,应采取相关措施降低农村老年慢性病患者存在无意义焦虑水平,以促进农村老年慢性病患者心理健康。 |

| objective to investigate the status of meaningless anxiety in elderly patients with chronic diseases in rural areas and analyze its influencing factors.[WT5 "HZ] methods [WT5" BZ] by using the convenient sampling method,348 elderly people from 6 rural areas in Loudi City and Yongzhou City, Hunan Province from July to August 2023 were selected and the general data were compiled by ourselves. the senile patients with chronic diseases were investigated by meaningless anxiety scale,mental well-being index scale,simplified two-way social support scale and subjective social isolation scale. Multiple choice linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of meaningless anxiety in rural elderly patients with chronic diseases.Results the total scores of meaningless anxiety, mental well-being, two-way social support and subjective social isolation in rural elderly patients with chronic diseases were 39.00 (22.25,59.00),33.04±10.16,38.00(34.00) and 16.36±2.81,respectively.The education level,mental well-being,two-way social support and subjective social isolation of rural elderly patients with chronic diseases entered the regression equation (P<0.05),which explained 24.9% of the total variation.Conclusion senile anxiety in rural elderly patients with chronic diseases is in the middle and lower level,which is negatively correlated with mental well-being and two-way social support (r=0.448,-0.295, P<0.0l),and positively correlated with subjective social isolation (r=0.251, P<0.01).More attention shouldbe paid to the rural elderly patients with chronic diseases with low education,low mental well-being and two-way social support and high subjective social isolation,and there are many influencing factors.relevant measures should be taken to reduce the level of meaningless anxiety of rural elderly patients with chronic diseases in order to promote their mental health. |
