| 本文报告1例69岁男性滤泡性淋巴瘤病史患者合并肛周鲍温病的围手术期多学科协作护理经验。患者同时患有长期控制不佳的高血压、糖尿病，行肛周肿瘤根治切除及成形术。护理过程中，多学科团队（胃肠外科、肿瘤科、内分泌科、伤口治疗师等）紧密协作，重点实施了个体化伤口管理、疼痛控制、血压血糖精准调控、营养支持、淋巴瘤病情监测、并发症预防、心理支持及功能康复等措施。经精心护理，患者术后伤口愈合良好，21天顺利出院；血压血糖得到有效控制，疼痛缓解，未发生严重并发症，营养及心理状态改善。本案例表明，针对此类合并多种基础疾病及恶性肿瘤的复杂手术患者，多学科协作护理模式能有效整合资源，精准应对护理难点，促进患者安全康复，为类似病例的护理提供参考。 |

| This paper reports the experience of perioperative multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for a 69-year-old male patient with a history of follicular lymphoma complicated by perianal Bowen''s disease. The patient also had long-term poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes, and underwent radical resection of perianal tumor and anoplasty. During the nursing process, the multidisciplinary team (gastrointestinal surgery, oncology, endocrinology, wound therapists, etc.) collaborated closely, focusing on the implementation of individualized wound management, pain control, precise regulation of blood pressure and blood glucose, nutritional support, monitoring of lymphoma condition, prevention of complications, psychological support, and functional rehabilitation. Through careful nursing, the patient''s postoperative wound healed well and he was discharged smoothly on the 21st day; blood pressure and blood glucose were effectively controlled, pain was relieved, no serious complications occurred, and nutritional and psychological status were improved. This case shows that for such complex surgical patients with multiple underlying diseases and malignant tumors, the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can effectively integrate resources, accurately address nursing difficulties, promote the safe recovery of patients, and provide a reference for the nursing of similar cases. |
