| 糖尿病作为全球性公共卫生问题,其慢性代谢紊乱特征不仅严重危害人类健康,更造成巨大的疾病负担。饮食调控作为糖尿病患者血糖控制的核心靶点,通过膳食炎症指数(DII)这一工具,可精准量化膳食模式的抗炎效能,为解析“饮食-炎症-糖尿病”发生机制提供科学依据。本综述整合DII的概念及应用机制、DII与各型糖尿病之间的关系,旨在从炎症调控视角为糖尿病患者构建个体化的饮食方案提供理论依据,进而指导糖尿病高危人群开展科学膳食管理。 |

| As a global public health problem, diabetes mellitus is characterized by chronic metabolic disorders, which not only seriously endanger human health, but also cause a huge burden of disease. As the core target of blood glucose control in diabetic patients, dietary regulation can accurately quantify the anti-inflammatory efficacy of dietary patterns through the tool of Dietary Inflammation Index (DII), which provides a scientific basis for analyzing the mechanism of "diet-inflammation-diabetes". This review integrates the concept and application mechanism of DII and the relationship between DII and various types of diabetes, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for diabetic patients to construct individualized dietary plans from the perspective of inflammation regulation, and then guide high-risk groups of diabetes to carry out scientific dietary management. |
