| 摘要：目的 分析老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者口腔健康素养的潜在剖面及影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取2024年10月至2025年1月于华北理工大学附属医院就诊的老年T2DM患者为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、糖尿病口腔健康素养量表（OHLD）、口腔保健自我效能量表（SESS）、糖尿病自我效能量表（SED）、领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）进行调查。以多分类logistic回归分析老年T2DM患者口腔健康素养剖面的影响因素。结果 老年T2DM患者口腔健康素养可分为信息匮乏-低素养组（11.5%）、理解障碍-中素养组（50.5%）、知行合一-高素养组（38%）3个潜在剖面。多元logistic回归结果显示，文化程度、月收入、婚姻状况、血糖控制情况、有无义齿、吸烟、糖尿病自我效能、口腔保健自我效能、社会支持度是老年T2DM患者口腔健康素养潜在剖面的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论 老年T2DM患者口腔健康素养有明显分类特征。医护人员需早期识别各类特征及影响因素，为不同类别患者制订精确化干预措施，协助其提升口腔健康素养水平，降低口腔并发症发生风险。 |

| Abstract：Objective To analyze the latent profiles of oral health literacy and their influencing factors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select elderly T2DM patients who visited the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from October 2024 to January 2025 as the research subjects. The general information questionnaire, Oral Health Literacy for Diabetes (OHLD), Self-Efficacy for Oral Health Scale (SESS), Self-Efficacy for DiabetesScale (SED), and Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) were used for the investigation. Multinomial logistic regression analysis was conducted to explore theinfluencing factors of oral health literacy profiles in elderly T2DM patients.Results The oral health literacy of elderly T2DM patients could be classified into three latent profiles: Information-Deficient Low Literacy Group (11.5%), Comprehension-Barrier Medium Literacy Group (50.5%), Knowledge-Action Integration High Literacy Group (38%). The results of the multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that educational level, monthly income, marital status, blood glucose control, presence or absence of dentures, smoking, self-efficacy for diabetes management, self-efficacy for oral health care, and social support were the influencing factors of the potential profiles of oral health literacy among elderly patients with T2DM(P< 0.05).Conclusion Elderly T2DM patients have distinct classification characteristics in terms of oral health literacy.This suggests that medical staff should identify various characteristics and influencing factors at an early stage to provide a basis for formulating precise intervention measures for different types of patients in clinical practice, and assist patients in improving their oral health literacy levels and reducing the risk of oral complications. |
