| 目的 评价针刺联合耳穴压豆治疗脑卒中后失眠的有效性及安全性。方法 检索知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science数据库中有关针刺联合耳穴压豆治疗脑卒中后失眠的随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2025年4月23日。经2名研究者筛选文献、提取信息与质量评价后,应用RevMan5.4.1 软件进行 Meta分析。结果 纳入15项随机对照研究,共1310例患者。Meta分析结果显示:干预组与对照组相比,干预组能提高治疗有效率 [RR=1.22,95%CI(1.16,1.29),Z=7.88,P<0.001],降低PSQI评分[MD=-2.75,95%CI(-3.35,-2.15),Z=9.01,P<0.001],降低不良反应发生率[RR=0.29,95%CI(0.15,0.55),Z=3.81,P<0.001]。结论 针刺联合耳穴压豆治疗脑卒中后失眠较常规药物治疗或单独耳穴压豆可显著提高治疗有效率,降低PSQI评分及不良反应发生率。 |

| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of post-stroke insomnia. Methods: A search was conducted in the CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, and Web of Science databases for randomized controlled studies related to acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure for post-stroke insomnia, with the search period from inception to 23 April 2025.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.4.1software after two researchers screened the literature,extracted information and evaluated quality.Results:Involved 15 RCTs, with a total of 1310 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group, the intervention group could improve the effective rate of treatment [RR=1.22,95%CI(1.16,1.29),Z=7.88,P<0.001],decrease PSQI scores [MD=-2.75,95%CI(-3.35,-2.15),Z=9.01,P<0.001],and reduce the incidence of adverse events [RR=0.29,95%CI(0.15,0.55),Z=3.81,P<0.001].Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment 、decrease PSQI scores and reduce the incidence of adverse events compared to conventional drug therapy or individual auricular acupressure for insomnia after stroke. |
