| 目的 分析近10年我国脑卒中配偶照顾者研究现状及趋势，综述研究前沿和热点，为后续学者深入开展脑卒中配偶照顾者相关研究指明方向。方法 以“脑卒中”“配偶照顾者”等为检索词，在中国知网、维普、万方、Web of Science检索我国学者2015年1月至2025年3月期间发表的脑卒中配偶照顾者相关文献，采用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件从关键词共现、聚类等方面进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入111篇文献，年发文量呈整体上升趋势。载文量排名前3的期刊分别为《军事护理》（7篇）、《护理学杂志》与《护理实践与研究》（各5篇）；发文量前3位的作者依次为张振香（24篇）、梅永霞（24篇）、林蓓蕾（16篇）；发文量前3位的机构依次为郑州大学护理与健康学院（21篇）、郑州大学（18篇）、郑州大学第二附属医院神经内科（7篇）；机构间的合作关系主要以高校与其附属或教学医院为主；高频关键词包括二元应对、抑郁、中青年等；聚类分析共识别出了6个中文与7个英文关键词聚类群组；突现词分析显示近年突现强度较高的关键词为二元应对、生活质量、配偶同步等；国家级与省级科研资金在各类资助来源中占比最高，成为最主要的科研经费支持渠道。结论 研究发现脑卒中配偶照顾者领域虽发展较迅速，但整体仍处初期，地域和学科间合作网络密度较低，亟需加强跨地区、跨学科协作。当前研究热点集中于二元应对、影响因素及生活质量三大主题，而未来研究将围绕研究主题的拓展、研究对象的细分以及研究方法的丰富3个方面展开。 |

| Objective Conduct a visual analysis of research literature on stroke spouse caregivers in China over the past decade using CiteSpace knowledge mapping, aiming to identify research hotspots, core themes and development trends. The findings are expected to guide future research on stroke spouse caregivers and provide theoretical and practical insights for developing patient-spouse dyadic intervention models. Methods Chinese literature published between January 2015 and March 2025 was retrieved from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and WOS databases using keywords including “stroke” and “spouse caregivers”. After screening, CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was employed for visual analysis including keyword co-occurrence and clustering. Results The study included 111 articles showing an increasing annual publication trend. The top 3 journals in terms of the number of articles published are Military Nursing（7 articles）, Journal of Nursing and Nursing Practice and Research（5 articles each）. The top 3 authors in terms of the number of articles published are Zhang Zhenxiang（24 articles）, Mei Yongxia（24 articles）, and Lin Beilei （16 articles）. The top 3 institutions in terms of the number of articles published are School of Nursing and Health, Zhengzhou University（21 articles）, Zhengzhou University（18 articles）, and Department of Neurology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University（7 articles）.With most collaborations occurring between universities and their affiliated hospitals. High-frequency keywords included dyadic coping, depression, young and middle-aged. Cluster analysis identified 6 Chinese and 7 English keyword clusters. Burst detection revealed emerging terms like dyadic coping, quality of life and spouse synchronous. National and Provincial funding accounted for the majority of financial support. Conclusion The study found that while research on stroke spouse caregivers has grown rapidly, the field remains in its early stages, with limited interregional and interdisciplinary collaboration. Current research hotspots focus on dyadic coping, influencing factors, and quality of life. Future studies should expand thematic scope, refine target populations, and diversify research methodologies. |
