| 目的 探索淋巴瘤患者化疗致周围神经病变(hemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy,CIPN)的症状体验及应对方式,为进一步制定针对性护理干预措施提供参考依据。方法 采用现象学研究方法,于2025年4月﹣2025年6月对天津市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院收治的15名淋巴瘤化疗致周围神经病变患者进行半结构式访谈。运用Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料分析,最终形成主题。结果 共提炼出四个主题十四个亚主题：(1)症状体验具有高度的个体差异性和复杂性；(2)日常生活相关功能受限及社会退缩；(3)认知偏差与情绪困扰；(4)应对方式欠缺与多元支持需求。结论 淋巴瘤患者CIPN症状体验具有复杂性,严重影响其社会心理及日常生活,医护人员应加强CIPN症状识别与管理,通过多维系统的宣教与支持提高淋巴瘤患者CIPN应对能力,以改善其生存质量。 |

| Objective To explore the symptom experience and coping strategies of lymphoma patients with hemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) and provide a reference basis for further development of targeted nursing interventions. Methods A phenomenological research method was adopted, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 lymphoma patients with CIPN admitted to a tertiary-level tumor specialty hospital in Tianjin from April 2025 to June 2025. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi"s seven-step analysis method to form themes. Results Four themes and fourteen subthemes were identified: (1) symptom experience with high individual variability and complexity; (2) limitations in daily living-related functions and social withdrawal; (3) cognitive bias and emotional distress; (4) lack of coping strategies and diverse support needs. Conclusion The symptom experience of CIPN in lymphoma patients is complex, severely affecting their social psychology and daily life. Healthcare providers should enhance the identification and management of CIPN symptoms and improve patients" coping abilities through multidimensional educational and supportive interventions to improve their quality of life. |
