| 目的 以复杂适应系统理论为指导,从医护视角探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者术中的体验。 方法 采用内容分析法,对8名从事心血管介入工作满3年的护士及4名从事心血管介入工作满5年的医生进行面对面半结构式访谈。 结果 提炼4个主题:疼痛与不适体验的动态反馈与护理调节；焦虑与安全感的动态适应机制；隐私保护与人文关怀的系统边界维持；情感支持的时空适应机制。 结论 基于CAS理论从医护视角揭示了PCI患者术中体验具有动态性与整体性特征,提示在术前、术中、术后等多阶段构建连续、协同的护理干预策略,可为介入手术环境中构建更具适应性与整体性的护理服务模式提供参考。【关键词】 冠心病；经皮冠状动脉介入治疗；复杂适应系统理论；质性研究；医护视角 |

| Objective Guided by complex adaptive systems theory, this study aimed to explore the intraoperative experiences of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) from the perspectives of healthcare providers. Methods A directed? qualitative content analysis design was employed. Face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight nurses who had at least three years of experience in cardiovascular intervention nursing and four physicians with a minimum of five years of experience in cardiovascular interventional practice. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results Four main themes were identified: dynamic feedback of pain and discomfort and corresponding nursing adjustments; dynamic adaptive mechanisms between anxiety and sense of safety; maintenance of system boundaries through privacy protection and humanistic care; and spatiotemporal adaptive mechanisms of emotional support. Conclusion From the perspectives of healthcare providers, this study enhances understanding of the dynamic and holistic nature of patients’ intraoperative experiences during PCI. The findings provide insights for developing more adaptive and integrated nursing intervention models within the interventional procedural environment. |
