| 随着卫生保健领域质性研究论文数量增加，对具有相似主题的质性研究结果进行系统评价和Meta整合体现出独特意义。该方法可提高研究结果的概括性，为卫生决策，特别是护理领域提供丰富的依据；该类论文可为深入开展以患者为中心的照护提供有意义的证据。本文主要介绍了Meta整合的方法及7个步骤并结合实例进行分析。 |

| Abstract: With the increasing number of qualitative studies in healthcare literatre, there is demand for synthesis of qualitative studies with similar participant and similar phenomena. Systematic review and Meta-synthesis of qualitative studies provides rich evidence for health decision making, particularly in nursing area which focus more on patient-centered care. Seven steps of Meta-synthesis for qualitative studies are introduced in this paper. |
