| 中央导管相关血流感染在ICU内是一种常见的并发症,本研究特指由中心静脉导管(Central Venous Catheter,CVC)引起的相关血流感染,这种并发症不仅会延长患者住院时间、增加患者的死亡风险和病症的医疗费用,还会给医护人员的工作带来极大的负担。近年来,以改善ICU内中央导管置管患者安全和预后结局的研究越来越多。本文从护理循证实践的角度就ICU内中央导管相关血流感染的相关概念、发生机制、危险因素、诊断要点和护理实践措施等进行阐述,以期为ICU临床护理实践和相关研究的开展提供参考。 |

| Central line associated-bloodstream infection is a common complication in ICU, and this study specifically refers to Central Venous Catheter (CVC) which leads to bloodstream infections, which not only result in longer hospital stays for patients, increased risk of death for patients, and increased medical costs associated with diseases, but also create significant workload for health care providers. In recent years, more and more studies have been conducted to improve the safety and prognosis of patients with central catheterization in ICU. In this paper, from the perspective of evidence-based nursing practice, the concepts, mechanisms, risk factors, diagnosis points and nursing practice measures related to central catheter-associated bloodstream infection in ICU were expounded, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing practice and related research in ICU. |
