| 摘要 美国糖尿病协会（American Diabetes Association, ADA）每年基于最新的科学研究和 临床试验循证结果更新发布糖尿病诊疗标准，为全球糖尿病人群的护理实践提供了重要指导 作用。其中《儿童和青少年：糖尿病诊疗标准-2024》主要介绍儿童和青少年 1 型糖尿病和 2 型糖尿病的管理，内容包括糖尿病的诊断、分类、筛查、治疗建议、并发症的预防与管理、 适合其年龄和发育的儿科护理以及儿科到成人糖尿病护理过渡的指导，旨在最大限度减少糖 尿病并发症和改善患儿健康结局，为临床规范化护理糖尿病提供有力的依据。本文围绕儿童 和青少年糖尿病诊疗标准部分的推荐意见进行要点解读，促进提升为儿童专科护理实践提供 指导，保障患儿健康成长。 |

| ABSTRACT The American Diabetes Association (ADA) annually updates and publishes standards of diagnosis and treatment for diabetes based on the latest results of scientific research and clinical trial evidences, providing important practical guidance for the care of people with diabetes all over the world. The "Children and Adolescents: Standards of Care in Diabetes—2024" mainly addresses care for children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes, including recommendations for diagnosis, classification, screening and treatment of the diseases, as well as the management of complications, and guidance on age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate pediatric care, and the transition from pediatric to adult care. The “Standards of Care” is intended to minimize complications of diabetes and improve disease outcomes among children and adolescents, providing strong support for standardizing care in diabetes in clinical practice. This paper interprets the main points around the recommendations in the standards of care in diabetes among children and adolescents, so as to improve nursing practice in children population and ensure their healthy growth. |
