| 目的：基于SHELL模型构建“互联网+护理服务”质量评价体系。方法：以SHELL模型为理论框架，通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈拟定指标条目池，运用专家函询法确定评价体系，结合优序图法与乘积法计算指标权重。结果：文献回顾（n=48）提取SHELL模型四个维度指标，半结构式访谈（n=18）形成包含5项一级指标、8项二级指标和71项三级指标的评价体系初稿，经2轮专家函询（有效回收率均为100%，专家权威系数为0.87，肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.152、0.197，P均＜0.001）形成4项一级指标、6项二级指标和55项三级指标的体系，优序图法显示一级指标权重系数分别为软件0.3889、硬件0.2778、人员0.2778、环境0.0556，乘积法计算组合权重表明“全程留痕”和“一键报警”等安全类三级指标权重（0.0096）显著高于传统指标。结论：基于SHELL模型的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价体系以护患双方安全为核心，构建过程科学，可为“互联网+护理服务”质量和安全评价提供参考和借鉴。 |

| Objective:To establish a quality evaluation system for "Internet+Nursing Services" based on the SHELL model. Methods: Using the SHELL model as the theoretical framework, an indicator pool was developed through literature review and semi-structured interviews. Expert consultation was applied to finalize the evaluation system, with superior-priority chart and product methods used to calculate indicator weights. Results: The literature review(n=48) extracted four-dimensional indicators of the SHELL model. Semi-structured interviews (n=18) generated a preliminary evaluation framework comprising 5 first-level, 8 second-level and 71 third-level indicators. After two rounds of expert consultation (100% response rate, expert authority coefficient=0.87, Kendall’s harmony coefficients=0.152 and 0.197, all P<0.001), the final system comprised 4 first-level, 6 second-level, and 55 third-level indicators. Superior-priority chart showed first-level weights: software (0.3889), hardware (0.2778), personnel (0.2778), environment (0.0556). Product method revealed safety-related tertiary indicators like "full-process documentation" (0.0096) and "one-touch emergency alarm" (0.0096) had significantly higher weights than traditional ones. Conclusion: The SHELL model-based evaluation system, prioritizing safety for nurses and patients with a scientific development process, offers a practical reference for assessing the quality and safety of "Internet+Nursing Services". |
