      【】 目的 探讨低能量心内膜除颤技术在持续性房颤射频消融术中的风险因素及护理对策。方法 2010年3月至2012年12月,在新华医院心脏介入诊治部行房颤射频消融术患者648例,回顾性分析在术中行心内膜除颤的102例患者的临床资料。结果102例术中行心内膜除颤的患者中：98例均一次复律即成功转为窦性心律,放电能量为2~30J(焦耳)；4例患者经多次放电复律成功,放电能量为5~20J；1例患者出现急性心包填塞,2例患者出现迷走神经亢进。讨论 低能量心内膜除颤技术,为持续性房颤行射频消融术中终止房颤最为理想的方法,术前、术中、术后认真评估风险因素并采取有效的措施,能确保手术的成功和患者的安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the risk factors and nursing countermeasures for low-energy endocardial defibrillation treatment with persistent atrial fibrillation. Methods Retrospective analysis for 102 patients underwent endocardial defibrillation treatment using radiofrequency ablation in Xinhua hospital cardiac intervention from 2010 March to 2012 December. Results Among the 102 patients underwent endocardial defibrillation, 98 cases were successfully recovered sinus rhythm by cardioversion,the energy used between 2~30J ; 4 patients successfully recovered sinus rhythm by multiple cardioversion with 5~20J; 1 patient suffered acute cardiac tamponade, 2 patients with Vagal hyperactivity. Conclusion Low energy endocardial defibrillation treatment is an ideal method to terminate persistent atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation, the perioperative assessment of risk factors and preparation is the key factor to ensure the success of the operation and the safety of patients.
