      目的 探讨耳穴埋籽防治麻醉术后恶心呕吐的临床疗效。 方法 将70例普外科麻醉手术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例。对照组术前不采取任何措施；实验组术前采用耳穴埋籽于脾、胃、脑、神门穴。结果 两组防治麻醉术后恶心呕吐效果比较,实验组有效率为91.43%,对照组有效率为65.71%,实验组效果优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 耳穴埋籽可防治麻醉术后胃肠道反应的发生,值得推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of auricular seed-embedding therapy on the prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by anesthesia. Methods 70 patients of anesthesia operation in general surgical department were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 35 cases in each. The control group was taken no measures before the operation, while the experimental group was treated with auricular seed-embedding therapy at the acupoints of spleen, stomach, brain and shenmen. Results Compared the effect of the prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by anesthesia between the two groups, the total effective rate in experimental group was 91.43%, which was significantly higher than 65.71% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular seed-embedding therapy can prevent the occurrence of gastrointestinal reaction after anesthesia, it is worth promoting.
