      【】 目的 探索同伴互助式教育在护士教育培训中的实践方法。方法 在乳腺病区护士中开展同伴互助式教育,分别通过问卷调查以及质性访谈了解此实践方法的应用和效果。结果 结果显示,护士准备课程的时间有所增加(P<0.05),护士对同伴互助的形式表示接受和肯定,护士学习的主动性和合作性有所提高。结论 通过同伴互助式教育的开展,护士的团队协作能力与主动性学习的能力都有了一定程度的提高,主动学习时间增加,学习效果好。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the practices of peer-coaching in the education and training of nurses. Methods: To develop peer-coaching education for nurses in ward of breast surgery, then to understand the effects by questionnaires and qualitative interviews respectively. Results: Time for preparing studies was increased(P <0.05), nurses expressed their acceptance for this learning form and their ability of active learning and cooperation has been improved. Conclusion: Through peer-coaching education, nurses’ ability of active learning and cooperation has been improved and this form of study may have a better learning effects.
