      目的 深入了解实习护生进行隐私部位暴露性护理操作时的心理体验。方法 运用质性研究方法,以目的抽样法对13名本科实习护生进行半结构式访谈收集资料。结果 通过资料分析,提取了4个主题:(1)羞怯紧张与无效沟通;(2)顾虑担心与心理落差;(3)逃避与无从应对;(4)坦然与积极应对。结论 对护生的伦理教育支持,增进有效的护患沟通技巧和给予其情感支持,可提高护生执行隐私部位暴露性护理操作的能力,从而缓解护生的心理压力和提升职业情感。
英文摘要:
      Aim To depth understanding the nursing students′psychological experience that perform nursing operations of private parts exposed.Methods The qualitative descriptive research was adopted.The data of 13 nursing students were collected through Semi-structured interviews. Results Through data analysis four themes were drawn:(1) shyness tension and ineffective communication;(2) worry and psychological gap;(3) escape response and unable to cope with; (4) calm and positive response.Conclusion Ethics education for nursing students, enhance effective nurse-patient communication skills and emotional support,that will contribute to improve nursing students ′ability to perform the nursing operations of private parts exposed, therefore relieve nursing students ′psychological stress and enhance the professional emotional.
