      【目的】 研究语言沟通与诱导技巧在学龄前儿童静脉输液中的应用效果。【方法】 对300例在该科输液室输液的学龄前儿童随机平均分成1个实验组和1个对照组。实验组150例通过加强语言沟通与诱导的方式进行干预,对照组150例则予以常规护理。考察实验组的患儿静脉输液的1min内停止啼哭率和一次穿刺成功率。【结果】 增强沟通与诱导的干预方式下,实验组在1min内的停止啼哭率和一次穿刺成功率均明显高于对照组,经检验,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】 实施有效的语言沟通及诱导干预,不仅可减少患儿对静脉输液的恐惧,提高静脉输液穿刺的成功率,也使医务人员的工作效率和患者及家属的满意度得到提高。
英文摘要:
      【Objective】 To study the application effects of intervention of language communication and induction in preschool intravenous infusion. 【Methods】 300 preschool child patients who were going to receive intravenous infusion in our clinic were randomly and equally divided into one observation group and one control group. The 150 cases of experimental group were intervened through enhance language communication and induction means,and the 150 cases of control group were treated with routine care. The stop crying rate in 1min and the one puncture success rate in the experimental group during children patients’ intravenous infusion were investigated. 【Results】 In the conditions of intervention of enhanced communication and induction,the stop crying rate in 1min and the one puncture success rate in the experimental group had a significantly higher rate than control group, the test was significant difference ( P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Implementation of effective intervention of enhancing language communication and induction can not only reduce the fear of children for intravenous infusion, improve the success rate in intravenous infusion, but also improve the medical staff efficiency and satisfaction of patients and their families.
