      【】目的:探讨应用综合考核对临床护理带教质量的效果。方法:选择2011年6月-2012年5月我院教学护士33人与2012年6月-2013年5月我院教学护士33人进行比较。对照组采用传统带教考核法;试验组采用综合考核法。比较两组教学护士理论和操作成绩、护生各类考核成绩及护生对教学满意度评价比较情况。结果:试验组教学护士理论、操作考核、护生理论、操作和整体护理成绩、学生对教学满意度评价均高于观察组,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论:采用综合考核有助于提升带教护士的带教水平,提高护理带教质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate nurses,teaching ability by using comprehensive assessment and to explore the effect of the method. Methods To compare 33 teaching nurses from June 2011 to May 2012 with 33 teaching nurses from June 2012 to May 2013(the experimental group and the control group). The control group received traditional assessment and the experimental group received comprehensive assessment. The teaching nurses’ theory score, the students’ score, operation score and student satisfaction of the teaching of two groups were compared. Results The teaching nurses’ theory score, the students’ score, operation score and student satisfaction of the teaching of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001).Conclusion Using comprehensive assessment can improve the ability of nurses,teaching and improve the quality of nurses,teaching.
