      [摘要] 目的：探讨基层医院物品消毒灭菌的方法。方法：依托区域化消毒供应中心配送物品，将配送前后的无菌物品质量进行比较。结果：依托区域化消毒供应中心可提高基层医院灭菌物品质量。结论：基层医院依托区域化消毒供应中心消毒物品是发展趋势，能提高灭菌物品的质量，保障医疗安全，节约成本。
英文摘要:
      [Abstract] OBJECTIVE To discuss ways of sterilization in grass-roots hospitals. METHODS Rely on central sterile supply department to distribute products, then compare sterile products which are distributed before with sterile products which are distributed after. RESULTS Relying on regional central sterile supply department can improve quality of grass-roots hospitals’ sterile products. CONCLUSION The development tendency is grass-roots hospitals should rely on central sterile to sterilize medical products. This way can not only improve the quality of sterile products, but also ensure medical safety and save the cost.
