【】目的：探讨在结石病人护理中进行饮食指导的意义。方法：对2011年1月到2011年8月结石病人外科收治的患者200例,并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组100例。观察组除正常护理外应该增加特定的饮食护理,而另一组照常进行正常日程的护理。结果：观察组结石患者对饮食的控制能力显著增。在随后的跟踪回访中,观察组选定的100例患者中,结石的复发人数仅为2,而另一组复发人数为12。结论：在结石病人接受手术初步治疗之后可以附加饮食护理,得到理想的预后效果。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate the dietary guidance in the stones in patient care significance. Method: 200 cases of 2011 January to 2011 August were stone patient surgery, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 100 cases. The observation group in addition to the normal nursing should increase the diet nursing care given, and another group were normal schedule. Results: the group of stone patients on the diet control ability increased. In the subsequent follow-up visits, observation of 100 cases selected group of patients, the number of recurrent stones was only 2, and another group of recurrence number is 12. Conclusion: after initial treatment in patients with calculus operation can be added diet nursing, get ideal effect of prognosis.
