目的 探讨注射器抗凝剂及残留液体对患儿血气、电解质及代谢物结果的影响。方法 对30例患儿同时用血气自充盈动脉采血器与普通注射器采集血样本各30 份,对所测得的血气和电解质结果进行比较分析。结果 自充盈动脉采血器所测得的PCO2、tHb、K+、Ca++、Hct、Gul和Lac值均高于普通注射器者,两者比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 血气自充盈动脉采血器可以去除血样被抗凝液体稀释造成结果误差,排除抗凝剂对阳离子的影响。 |

0bjective To investigate the effects of the residual anticoagulant in syringe on the results of blood gas analysis and electrolytes in diseased children. Methods Thirty blood samples were collected with syringe and another 30 blood samples were collected by self-filling samplers at same time respectively from 30 diseased children . results of blood gas analysis and electrolytes were analyzed and compared. Results The values of PCO2,tHb,K+,Ca++,Hct,Gul and Lac in blood collected by self filling samplers were all higher than collected by syringe (P< O,01).but the value of Na in blood collected by self filling was lower than collected by syringe(P< 0,05). Conclusion self-filling samplers could decease the error caused by residua1 anticoagulant |
