中文摘要:
      目的：为建立一套适合于我国社区卫生服务的现状及发展需要的社区护理质量评价指标,供卫生行政部门完善质量考核标准提供参考。方法：通过系统的文献检索收集社区护理质量相关指标,运用德尔菲法来确定指标体系。结果：社区护理质量评价指标体系包括：6项一级指标、27项二级指标、90项指标内涵。结论：本指标体系对社区护理开展的医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康指导、家庭护理、舒缓疗护以及信息化管理等方面进行了全方位客观评价,突出了社区护士参与基本医疗与基本公共卫生服务的功能现状,具有较好的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To establish a set of community nursing quality evaluation that suits the development of current national community health service for the purpose of providing reference for health administrative departments to further improve the quality of assessment standards. Method: Collected relevant community nursing quality indicators through literature retrieval systems; determined the index system by Delphi. Results: Community nursing quality evaluation system includes: 6-level indicators, 27 secondary indicators and 90 indicators connotation. Conclusion: The index system provides a comprehensive and objective evaluation of community nursing in terms of medical treatment, prevention, health care, recovery, health guidance, home nursing, palliative treatment and care as well as information management. It also highlights the function status of nurses participate the basic medical and public health services, which indicates a great practical value.
