      摘要:目的 了解新入职护士对护理理论知识及操作技术培训的需求情况,为制定有针对性的培训方案提供依据。方法 选取2011年至2013年我院的新入职护士共172人,采用自行设计护理理论知识、护理操作技术需求调查表,进行问卷调查,于每批新护士岗前培训结束后发放问卷调查表,对他们进行培训需求调查,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 所调查的10个项目,最高得分2.79,最低得分2.18。需求程度从高到低分别是:急救知识,专科护理技术,法律知识,专业知识,新知识新技术,自我提升知识,管理知识,教育知识,基础护理技术,科研知识。结论 我院新入职护士注重急救知识、专科知识、法律知识,新知识新技术,自我提升知识,暂不重视管理、教育、科研能力的培养,希望提供专科护理技术培训的机会,但对基础护理技术培训需求不高。

      Abstract:Objective In order to provide evidence for making the training programs, the demand of the theoretical knowledge about nursing and operational skills training for new recruited nurses must be understand. Methods Questionnaires were used to survey the training needs of the theoretical knowledge about nursing and operational skills training for 172 new recruited nurses, employed from 2011 to 2013, in the Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University after pre-employment training for each batch . Questionnaires were analysed by Statistical Demand Analysis. Results The highest score is 2.79 and the lowest score is 2.18 in ten surveyed programs. The level of demand are decreased gradually from first aid knowledge, specialist nursing skills, legal knowledge, professional knowledge, management knowledge, education knowledge, basic nursing skills and scientific knowledge. Conclusion First aid knowledge, specialist knowledge, legal knowledge, new knowledge and technology and knowledge improving ourselves for new recruits nurses have a strong demands, most of them hope to provide opportunities for specialist nursing skills training. However, they paid little attention on the training as to management, education and research ability, and they are not high demand for primary care training.
