      目的 评价儿童口腔外科护理中行为诱导疗法的应用效果。方法 统计分析2011年至2013年我科收治的100例(140颗牙)儿童拔牙患儿的临床资料。结果 各个年龄段的患儿诱导后的合作、基本合作发生率均明显比诱导前高,不合作发生率明显比诱导前低(P<0.05)；4~ 6 岁患儿中显效10例,有效14例,总有效率为80%(24/30)；7~ 9 岁患儿中显效3例,有效7例,总有效率为76.9%(10/13)；10~ 12 岁患儿中显效4例,有效5例,总有效率为90%(9/10)。行为诱导前后效果差异均较显著(P<0.05)。结论 儿童口腔外科护理中行为诱导疗法的应用效果良好。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the application effect of behavioral therapy in the oral surgery care of children. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases(140 teeth) of extraction children in our department from 2011 to 2013 were statistically analyzed. Results The cooperation incidence rate, basic cooperation incidence rate of children of all ages after induction were significantly higher, the uncooperative incidence rate was significantly lower than those of before induction(P <0.05); Among the 4 ~ 6 years old children, 10 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases effective, the total effective rate was 80% (24/30); Among the 7-9 year-old children, 3 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases effective, the total effective rate was 76.9% (10/13); Among the 10 to 12 years old children, 4 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases effective, the total effective rate was 90% (9/10). The difference of behavior effect before and after the induction was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of behavioral therapy is good in the oral surgery care of children.
