【目的】：探讨芒硝外敷腹部辅以大黄液保留灌肠对急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为观察和对照两组,每组各40例,观察组患者采用芒硝外敷腹部辅以大黄大黄液保留灌肠,对照组给予常规治疗,比较两组患者治疗护理后的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为92.5％,对照组患者总有效率为77.5％,两组比较差别显著有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：芒硝外敷辅以大黄大黄液保留灌肠能改善急性胰腺炎患者临床症状、体征及实验室指标,疗效明显。

英文摘要:

Objective:To explore the abdomen with rhubarb mirabilite clinical curative effect on acute pancreatitis retention enema. Method:80 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into observation and control group two, 40 cases in each group, the observation group were treated by external application of mirabilite abdominal rhubarb rhubarb fluid enema, the control group was given conventional treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect of patients after. Result: Patients in the observation group after treatment, the total effective rate was 92.5%, patients in the control group the total efficiency of 77.5%, compared between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:External application of mirabilite rhubarb rhubarb fluid enema can improve the acute pancreatitis in patients with clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indicators, curative effect.
