【】目的：探讨PDCA循环管理在人文关怀护理操作中的运用效果。方法：根据PDCA管理方法制度持续质量改进计划表,确定质量改进问题、预期目标、实施方案及评价方法,根据我院对患者满意度的问卷调查表调查及每月对护理操作成功率的统计,找出主要因素,及时制定相应的管理对策,如此周而复始。结果：实施PDCA管理3个月,护理质量得到持续改进,整改前后护理操作成功率由98.41%上升为99.26%(P<0.05)；患者每项满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论：将PDCA循环管理运用于人文关怀护理操作中,能提升整体护理质量,提高患者满意度,是有效的管理方法。

英文摘要:

【】Objective：To investigate the effect of the use of the PDCA cycle management operations in the humane care in nursing. Methods：Continuous quality improvement program table according to PDCA management system to determine the quality improvement issues,targets, implement programs and evaluation methods, according to the hospital for patient satisfaction questionnaire survey and statistics on the success rate of monthly care operations, identify the main factors, the timely development of appropriate management strategies, again and again. Results：Implementing PDCA management three months, a sustained improvement of the quality of care, corrective care operations around 98.41% success rate increased to 99.26% (P <0.05); each patient satisfaction improved significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion：The PDCA cycle management applied humanistic care nursing operation, can enhance the overall quality of care, improve patient satisfaction, is an effective management methods.
