      【】目的 探讨全程健康教育路径在先心病介入治疗中的应用。方法 选择2013年1~12月在我院小儿心血管科行介入治疗的60名先心病患儿的父母作为研究对象,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,实验组采用全程健康教育路径对患儿父母实施宣教。结果 实施全程健康教育路径后实验组患儿父母与对照组比较,疾病知识得分由8.02±0.78增加到9.67±0.66、日常护理方法得分由8.83±1.01增加到9.94±0.92、复诊要求由9.11±0.92增加到9.95±0.87;患儿父母满意度得分由92.82±5.42提高到98.21±5.09;SAS、SDS评分与对照组的比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 全程健康教育路径的应用,可以提高了健康教育效果,规范护士行为,减轻了患儿父母心理压力。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effects of whole-course health education pathway in intervention treatment of congenital heart disease. Methods From January 2013 to December, the parents of 60 children with intervention treatment of congenital heart disease in our hospital pediatric cardiology were studied. The control group used traditional health education method and the experimental group adopted whole-course health education pathway. Results After the implementation of whole-course health education pathway, the disease knowledge score of the experimental group was increased from 8.02±0.78 to 9.67±0.66, daily nursing methods score was increased from 8.83±1.01 to 9.94±0.92, subsequent visit requirement was increased from 9.11±0.92 to 9.95±0.87. Satisfaction score of parents was increased from 92.82±5.42 to 98.21±5.09. SAS and SDS score have a significant different (P < 0.01). Conclusion The application of whole-course health education pathway can improve the effect of health education, regulate the behavior of nurses, relieve the parents" psychological pressure.
