| [摘要] 目的 观察局部外敷水胶体敷料对静脉输液外渗所致的皮下瘀血的治疗效果。方法 将60例因静脉输液外渗致皮下瘀血的患者随机分为观察组和对照组。皮下瘀血后的第二天开始，分别采用传统硫酸镁局部湿敷方法和水胶体敷料外敷的方法进行治疗，观察两组患者在治疗期间皮下淤血的面积、疼痛度及消退时间。结果 观察组皮下淤血的消退速度明显高于对照组，对照组在治疗后5天内的疼痛程度评分明显高于观察组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），同时，水胶体敷料组皮下淤血平均消退天数为6.60±1.28天，最长为9天；对照组消退的平均天数为11.63±2.06天，最短为9天。至第7天两组皮下淤血直径分别减少93.75%和48.45%。结论 水胶体敷料在静脉输液所致的皮下淤血中具有良好的治疗效果。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To evaluate on treatment effect of local application of hydrocolloid dressings for subcutaneous blood stasis caused by intravenous infusion extravasation. Methods 60 patients with subcutaneous blood stasis caused by intravenous infusion extravasation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The second day after subcutaneous blood stasis,two group patients were treated respectively by traditional hydropathic compress of magnesium sulfate and local application of hydrocolloid dressings.And we shall investigate separately the area of ecchymoma,pain degree and the fade time of subcutaneous blood stasis in the two groups. Results The fade speed of subcutaneous ecchymosis in experimental group is faster than that of the control.And the pain scoring of the control group is remarkably higher than that of the observational group 5 days after the treatmen.There are statistics significant between the two groups（P<0.05）. The average fade days of subcutaneous blood stasis were respectively 6.60±1.28 and 11.63±2.06 in the experimental group and the control.As of nineth day,all of patients were cured in experimental group .But in contrast,rare patients were cured in the nineth day in the control.And the fade speeds of subcutaneous blood stasis also were remarkably different.As of seventh day,the diameters of subcutaneous blood stasis discreased respectively 93.75 percent and 48.45 percent in experimental group and the control.Meanwhile, Observation group is significantly better than control group in the three aspects of material, physical activity and skin compatibility,P values are less than 0.01,and there is no allergic reaction in the two groups.Conclusions Hydrocolloid dressings has prefect treatment effect on subcutaneous blood stasis caused by intravenous infusion extravasation. |
