【】目的研究三叉神经痛患者微血管减压术围手术期的护理。方法回顾性研究301名接受微血管减压手术的三叉神经痛患者,分析其手术效果和术后相关手术并发症。结果术后269名患者疼痛明显缓解,32名患者出现并发症,其中大部分患者经早期治疗后痊愈。结论微血管减压术后通过严密观察和针对性护理可改善三叉神经痛患者的预后。

【】 The objective of this paper is to study the perioperative care for the patients with trigeminal neuralgia who have undergone microvascular decompression operation. By means of retrospective study of 302 trigeminal neuralgia patients receiving microvascular decompression surgery, the paper analyzes the operation effect and its related complications. The results show that 277 patients got obvious pain relief, 12 patients had complications, and the majority of patients attained recovery by early treatment. The paper concludes that microvascular decompression can improve the prognosis of trigeminal neuralgia patients through close postoperative observation and nursing.
