      目的 了解烧伤住院患者医院感染情况,分析相关因素,采取相应护理措施。方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对2010年1月~2012年12月住院的3153例患者相关资料进行分析。结果 2010年1月~2012年12月收治的3153例烧伤患者中有1039例发生感染,感染率为32.95%,创面感染为27.72%、其次是呼吸道感染和血源感染。结论 感染是大面积烧伤病人死亡的主要原因,在烧伤治疗和护理中,医务人员必须做好规范的消毒隔离,加强预防控制,以减少烧伤患者的医院感染发生。
英文摘要:
      OBJECTIVE: This study attempts to assess the situation of burn infection in our burn unit through the investigation of the epidemiology and drug resistance of the pathogens in recent 27 months. METHOD: A retrospective review of burn patients discharged from the Shanghai"s Rui Jin Hospital Burn Unit, between Jun 1st 2010 and Dec 30th 2012, was conducted. RESULTS: Of 3153 patients discharged, 1039 (32.95%) were acquired nosocomial infection. The most popular infection part is wound. CONCLUSION: Considering the high incidence of burn infections and high drug resistance of the bacterias in our unit, implementation of improved infection control practices and policies is required. To ameliorate the situation, correct treatment of wounds and stricter control over disinfection and sterilization are urgently needed.
