      目的: 分析社区老年人生命质量的影响因素。方法: 应用SF-36中文版量表分层抽样调查1050例上海市社区老年人的生命质量情况,以单因素方差分析、多元逐步线性回归对11种因素进行分析, 寻找主要影响因素。结果:年龄、婚姻状况、在岗情况、经济情况及两周患病情况对老年人生命质量总得分有非常显著影响(P<0.01),是否患有慢性病和老年人生命质量总得分显著相关(P<0.05)；经逐步多元线性回归分析,文化程度、婚姻状况、经济情况及是否患有慢性病为主要影响因素。偏回归系数分别为28.269、27.384、16.293、-27.952。结论：社区老年人生命质量受多种人口学因素及疾病因素影响。关注社区老年人,改善生命质量的影响因素,对提高社区老年人生命质量有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the influencing factors for quality of life (QOL) of community elders . Methods The score of quality of life of 1050 community elders in Shanghai was investigated with stratified random sampling survey of SF-36 scale (Chinese version),and the influencing factors were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis to find out the major factors. Results The factors including age,marriage situation,being on job or not,economic situation, illness within two weeks influenced the score of QOL markedly(P<0.01). Chronic disease significantly influenced the score of QOL( P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that education, marriage situation,economic situation and chronic disease were the main influencing factors with the un-standardized partial coefficients being 28.269、27.384、16.293、-27.952 respectively. Conclusions This survey showed that several demographic factors and disease factors could affect the QOL of the community elders. In order to enhance their QOL,it’s important to pay more attention to the community elders and to improve the influencing factors of QOL.
