      目的 本研究旨在了解护士长领导行为现状。方法 研究主要采用问卷调查法,对上海市各级医院临床护士长进行分层整群抽样,抽取一级、二级、三级医院各两家,共计120名护士长进行领导行为量表问卷的调查。结果 被调查的护士长领导行为中变革型领导行为的得分均值为(2.85±0.59),交易型领导行为的得分均值为(2.32±0.42),表明护士长变革型领导行为高于交易型领导行为。结论 鼓励和培养护士长领导模式,提升整体护理服务质量。

      [Abstract] Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of head nurse leadership style perceived by nurses. Methods The study used mainly questionnaires, clinical nurse leader at all levels hospital in Shanghai with stratified cluster sampling, sampling each two primary, secondary and tertiary hospital. The leadership behavior scale questionnaire survey included a total of 950 nurses. Results The transformational leadership style mean score was (2.85 ± 0.59), transactional leadership style mean score was (2.32 ± 0.42). The results showed that the nurse to the head nurse's perception of the transformational leadership style is higher than transactional leadership style. Conclusion To encourage and develop the head nurse leadership model, improve the overall quality of nursing service.
