目的探讨在电子胃镜检查中实施图册式健康教育的应用效果。方法将2013年3月—2013年6月在上海交通大学医学院附属第三人民医院接受电子胃镜检查的患者450例随机分为两组,其中228例为对照组,222例为观察组。对照组在检查前给予常规健康教育；观察组在常规健康教育的基础上实施图册式健康教育方案。结果两组患者插镜后肌肉紧张度、恶心、呕吐次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者胃镜检查咽部通过情况、胃腔展开情况、检查时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论图册式健康教育能减少患者在胃镜检查中的不良反应,显著提高患者对胃镜检查的耐受程度,有助于患者顺利完成胃镜检查。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the effect of health education atlas in the electronic gastroscopy application. Methods A total of 450 patients receiving gastroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=228) and experimental group(n=222)from March 2013 to June 2013. Before gastroscopy the control group received routine health education, and the experimental group received health education atlas based on routine health education. Results There is statistically significant in muscle tone after endoscopy, times of nausea and vomit between two groups (P<0.05). The pharynx through, gastric dilation and time were also statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The health education atlas can reduce the side effect and improve tolerance of gastroscopy in patients. It can also help patients to complete the gastroscopic examination.
