      【】 目的 探讨运动金字塔图片在2型糖尿病健康教育中的应用效果。方法 将62例患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予糖尿病常规护理,干预组在常规教育的基础上护士结合运动图片进行讲解,指导患者根据图片内容进行运动。比较两组患者运动依从性、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白的变化。结果 62例有1例中途退出,共61例患者参与健康教育,干预组患者运动的依从性、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用运动金字塔图片对2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育,便于理解、记忆,有利于提高患者运动治疗的依从性及血糖的控制,是较好的健康教育方法。
英文摘要:
      【 】objective To explore sports pyramid images in the application of type 2 diabetes health education effect. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, control group given conventional diabetes care, intervention group in conventional education on the basis of the nurse combined with moving images, and guide the patient according to the motion picture content. Compare two groups of patients exercise adherence of the change of situation, fasting glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin. Results A total of 62 cases with 1 case of dropout, a total of 61 patients to participate in health education, intervention group patients exercise adherence, fasting glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin differences were statistically significant compared with controls (P < 0.05) Conclusion Application pyramid image for diabetes patients health education for patients with understanding, memory and exercise therapy to improve patients compliance and blood sugar control, is a good method of health education .
