      【】 癌症是一种严重危害人类健康的应激源,使个体产生各种负性心理反应。面对死亡的威胁及痛苦的治疗,癌症患者多采取消极应对方式,与不良的身心健康程度呈正相关。因此,护理工作中应重视癌症患者采取的应对方式。通过对癌症患者应对这一概念进行系统分析,归纳影响患者采取应对方式的主要因素,帮助临床护理人员更好地认识应对,根据个体评估结果为患者提供针对性护理干预,指导癌症患者采取积极的应对方式,以提高癌症患者生存期的生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Cancer is a serious stressor to human health, which enables the individual to produce a variety of negative psychological reaction. Facing the threat of death and painful treatment, cancer patients usually take negative coping strategies which Is associated with adverse physical and mental health level. Therefore, more attention should be paid to cancer patients as well to know which kind of coping strategies he may take. Through systematically analysing the concept of coping and summing up the main factors which may influence the coping style of patients, this paper aims to helping clinical nurses to better understand coping. On the basis of comprehensive appraisal, nurses can provide targeted nursing intervention and guide cancer patients to take positive coping strategies, which may improve quality of cancer survivals.
